Version 5.1.0.00 addresses the number of issues found in the version 5.0.0.00 of LogiQ.

Version 5.1.0.00 needs to be installed as a patch for a version 5.0.0.00.

Version 5.1.0.00 is replacing the initial version 5.0.0.00 and is going 
to be a major release version.

Version 5.1.0.00 can be installed over the older version of LogiQ (4.5 - 5.0).

Changes included:

1. Administration\Direct Debit:

	1.1. User interface has been changed in Direct Debit Process dialog 
             to improve usability.
	     Test Mode check box has been replaced by Generate Test File button. 


2. TPOS:
	
	2.1. Modified the customer profile print report to improve readability.

Bug Fixes:

1. Booking Module:

	1.1. Fixed problem related to viewing Corporate\Club customer details 
	     in Customer Manager while processing bookings in Booking module.

	1.2. Fixed problem in Repeat Booking wizard. An unexpected error could
	     occur and dialog would be closed when user tries to add or 
	     modify the booking sessions.

  
2. Customer Manager:

	2.1. Fixed problem in Add New Membership dialog.
	     An unexpected error can occur when user clicks on OK 
             button, but a membership details have not been loaded yet.

	2.2. Fixed problem in Save Credit Card details dialog.
	     An unexpected error can occur if user enters more then 20 
	     characters into the Authentication field.	

3. Administration\Direct Debit:
	
	3.1. Fixed problem with overlapping text.

4. Reconciliation:

	4.1. Fixed problem with the Reconciliation printout format 
	     (Declarations table is not printed).

        4.2. Fixed problem with reconciling for a user other then the
             current LogiQ user.

5. Report Centre:

	5.1. The Export Details csv file could be incorrectly formatted if there were
	     commas in the data fields.	

6. TPOS:
	6.1. Fixed problem related to booking customer for a session.
             An unexpected error could occur when user tries to book
             a personal customer for a session.

General Notes:

1.	You should have your IT Personnel carry out this routine for you where possible. 
	If you do not have any IT personnel and have to carry the procedure out yourself, 
	please call Qvisual in advance and arrange a time for a Tech Support individual 
	to be available to help if necessary.

2.	ALWAYS carry out a full back up the Database first. 

3.	Wherever possible, you should test the new version prior to running live with it. 
	This will allow you to become familiar with new features. 
	In order to test the new version, you would need to create a copy of your live LogiQ database, 
	install at least one version 5.1.0.00 client and connect it to the 
	new database for testing. 

4.      *** Database Upgrade Instructions ***
      
        !!Note, You do need to upgrade the database if you are patching version 5.0.0.00!!


	a.	Extract DBUpdate.zip into a separate single folder. 
		[These are the database update files]

	b.	Perform a full backup of your database, using the verify integrity option.

	c.	Run the DBupdate.exe. You will have to provide SQL connection parameters and 
                to enter the name of the database.

	d.      Click on Update button to begin the database update process. 
                This make take several minutes depending upon your system and size of DB. 
                Do not interrupt the program. 

	e.	On completion of the update of the DB, you will be informed if the process was 
		successful. If not, you will be directed to a single log file. Please contact Qvisual 
		and provide the log file.


5.	*** Upgrading LogiQ ***

    	     	If you received this version of LogiQ on a CD-ROM, you can
    		proceed as follows:

    		Insert the CD-ROM into your drive.  The autorun capability
    		of Windows will start the setup program.  If it
    		does not, select the Run... option of the taskbar Start Menu
    		and type:

        		D:\setup.exe

    		replacing D: with your CD-ROM drive.

    		If you have downloaded this version of LogiQ to your computer 
		you would need to unzip the package and then run setup.exe.
